4. Surface Conditions & Installation Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Suitable wall surface conditions

• Clear and safe access to the installation area

• Approval of final artwork prior to printing

805 Ink’d Walls is not responsible for issues resulting from pre-existing wall defects, structural instability, moisture conditions, or unapproved artwork.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, 805 Ink’d Walls shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from wall printing services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
